I had a lovely visit, as the hotel is in a great location—just a few steps from the beautiful beach and close enough to Alcudia old town for a delightful stroll to explore shops and charming architecture.

The drinks service by the pool was superb.
The hotel doesn’t resemble a 4-star accommodation. The noise from the hallway was unbearable at night, making it impossible to sleep. I struggled with the weak Wi-Fi connection in the room, and the lack of privacy on the balcony was frustrating.

We had a spacious studio with a well-equipped kitchenette that really enhanced our stay. The room and bathroom offered ample space to move around comfortably. The pools were fantastic, especially the kids' area with slides, which made for a fun experience for families.
The area was a bit noisy at times, which disrupted the tranquility we were hoping for.

this hotel woudl ve been superb if I hadn’t been kept awake by hallway noise and the kitchen’s terrible breakfast at 18 euros pp! clearly, I expected a dash of luxury but instead received shabbiness. it's absolutely scandalous there was no complimentary gesture for my stay, honestly. almost gave it a good review, but just couldn’t.

I recently had a lovely stay at Viva Sunrise, where the spacious Apartment offered all the comforts we needed, including a well-equipped kitchenette. The large bathroom was a highlight, making our family routine much easier. Plus, the kids absolutely enjoyed the splash park and various daily activities, especially the mini-disco. It was great to see them engaging with other children in such a fun environment.
Occasionally, noise from the surrounding area disrupted our relaxation.

It was just a good match for a holiday in Port de Alcudia with attractive and competitive value for money. Enjoyed the amazing service at lunchtime when we could order from the à la carte menu and take it back to the room. Make sure to check the hot tub temperature before using it!

viva is a spectacular aparthotel with a great range of restaurants and two central pools. the heated outdoor pool is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach, which is just a short walk away. the drinks service by the pool was superb, ensuring we had everything we needed to enjoy our time in the sun.
the only downside was having to read small labels to choose tea varieties.
